Pros: Everything: Cleanliness, Hotel staff (the best), wonderful location, Hotel facilities, room comfort.
Cons: Maybe a small microwave.
Location: Fantastic location. close to the best restaurants, the beach, the Indian market, the mall at Larco Mar.
Our experience with Hilton Hotel was wonderful. We decided to visit Lima to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we didn't mistake in our selection of the Hotel. We requested a nice view and I told them about our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room .....what a surprise the bed had on top a beautiful heart made with towels and red roses and a bottle of champagne with a congratulation's card. What a beautiful way to start our celebration. Location is amazing. Stores and the best restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel staff was the best. we are very grateful to them for their kindness and professionalism.

Nice hotel, but skip the Executive Lounge

Pros: The rooms were clean, the restaurant staff was very attentive (especially Ego), and the restaurant food was good.
Cons: The Executive Lounge is not worth the cost. It's loud and the food is terrible. It's much nicer working in the lobby and eating in the restaurant.
Location: Lots of restaurants and beach-side activities. Museums and nightlife in neighboring Baranco are great. It's a bustling city with lots to do.
The hotel was lovely and the staff was very nice. We were there for 6 days on a business trip. However, my colleagues and I accidentally booked different rooms for the same price (2 of us on the Executive floor, 2 on the regular floor). This meant that we weren't allowed to have breakfast together (they would have had to pay a few $100 extra to "upgrade" even though we all paid the same rate originally). On the first day I brought this up and we were told that it would be no problem to switch to the regular restaurant, but on the last day I came to find out we were being charged extra for breakfast, so basically we ended up paying for 2 breakfasts each. The staff has since told me that you are not permitted to "downgrade" from the Executive experience, which seems a bit ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is that when I complained about the Executive experience, they offered me use of the Executive lounge "on the house" for my next visit (which is unlikely to happen anytime soon since this is the first time I've even had to go to Lima for business). Compensating me with more of the very thing I complained about seems flawed.
