The staff asked for my passport to check in. Problem is that I don’t have it with me. No where in the booking did it tell me I needed my passport. Had to drive an hour back to get it. Major inconvenience. This was my first time traveling out of country. So I didn’t know I needed it to check in.

I very much regret the inconvenience presented at the time of check-in, however in order to register it is necessary to have a valid identification document such as a passport. At Casa Andina we are governed by the Peruvian law that requires this document.We regret that Expedia does not clearly explain this in your reservation, however on our website we have this information quite clear.I hope we have been able to clarify this inconvenience and I reiterate my apologies for the inconvenience.Kind regards, Oliver BarrioHotel Manager

It was very good. Everybody was very polite we us.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Perfect.
As I said before we had a great time and everybody was very polite with us. I will go back again the next time a go to Peru.
