Great hotel. They let us check our bags in early and also leave them at the hotel after check out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant inside the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating when we requested a late check out. Breakfast buffet which was included with stay was good. I would definitely stay there again if I were to return to Lima.

I had such an amazing experience here on my first trip visiting Peru! The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel breakfast was so delicious, my boyfriend and I ate there every morning! Our room was very cozy and clean, we felt completely safe and comfortable during the entirety of our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Miraflores. A wonderful experience!!!

Lovely hotel with super helpful staff in all areas. They arranged a taxi from the airport on arrival day and a return on departure. Breakfast is plentiful and has options for gluten free which was an important reason for us choosing this hotel. It's lovely and clean and our room on the top level slept 4 but was spacious and comfortable. The staff in every area were polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely Pisco sours in the bar too.

Hotel is very nice space and felt very clean. Room was nice. Showers hot and heater worked. Breakfast was great. Took off 2 star because I felt a bit hustled by reception. They tried to get me to change my room and when I said I wanted the original room, they tried to lie, but when I insisted ended up giving it to me. Also they asked me to pay at check in, while others were told to pay at checkout. Just made the stay not as nice as it could have been

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Property is very nice, colonial antique style. With the exception of a missed pickup at the airport due to a minor confusion, this hotel is fantastic.
