Our stay in Libby was good. The staff was great, so friendly and helpful. The property was a bit dated, but it was just fine overall.

This hotel was nothing like the website-pictures-property is not an 4 star or even a 3 star it’s a 2 star at best-everything is well dated-staff was good-knowing what I know now would never pay that hotel’s rates

This is a cozy little place. Very outdated, so be prepared. The rooms are same and the beds are not that comfortable. Totally overpriced for what you get.

My family of 4 stayed here 7/3/25- 7/9/25. First off every day we was here we didn't recive any room cleaning services. When we went to the front desk to get new towels and was told we could only get 2 towels. Only 2 towels when they know there is 4 people in our room. This place wasn't even busy according to how empty the parking lot was, you would think they would have plenty of time to clean all there occupied rooms. Another problem was breakfast was served 6am to 11am. But every day we went down there to get breakfast there was always out of everything. Sometimes no juice, or yogurt, almost every day out of sausage and cheese omelets the bread was constantly out. How was they always out of breakfast things when there was hardly anyone there? They always had coffee though. Over all this place took an old motel and placed some new modernized features to make it look good. Manager Josh has to go! On Saturday 4/5/25 we was in our room planning to take our grandkids across the street to the Fireman's park to the splash pad. My family came in to let us know they was here, and Josh met them at the front door and told them we couldn't have visitors an the motel or they would charge us over 200 extra dollars to have visitors due to how many people would be in the room. UM, OK. I don't get it. 4 people are only allowed in the room due to a fire hazard, but it will be ok to have visitors in our room if we pay over 200 dollars more. Wow!

Staff was great! Room was good but smelled like a pet. Was annoyed they put a guest with a dog above us so didn’t get much sleep with it walking around on the creaking floor all night.

Good value for the room. We were given an upstairs room (and had requested wheelchair accessible), which was difficult since there was no elevator. Breakfast okay, not the best but not the worst. Would recommend for overnight stay.

Resort fee-are you serious? Old, scratched up, banged up, carpet stains, breakfast was nearly non-existent. It was a joke. Took twenty minutes or so to get my key to work with the door.

The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was pretty good with some clever presentation for the working folks who needed 'grab and go' food options. It is an older property in need of updating, but we slept great and were comfortable enough.

Very accommodating. Allowing us to check in early and using a large refrigerator for some food we had. They also had a wonderfully friendly dog to greet and say bye to. 💙

Room was older, bathroom was really small. Towels were not white, they were a dark brown and quite thin. Shower had a long black hair left on the shower wall from a previous guest. Only one bedside table for a king bed, nothing on the other side. Our adult kids had a different room, there was trash left under their bed from a previous guest, was very disappointing for my daughter to find this. Other than that, the staff was beyond friendly and kind. They were very helpful and we did leave a tip in appreciation of the staff.
