Staff was very kind! Had an issue with the fire alarm beeping which took a while to figure out. instead of offering a new room the lobby worker texted some guy who never answered, and we just sat there waiting until my husband finally went and asked for a new room. Other than, staff was kind. The woman preparing the breakfast was so sweet!
