This property is excellent! It is in a great location close enough to Lewes and Rehobeth beaches as well as the outlets and multiple restaurants. One of the cleanest condos we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! Condo is well stocked with all essentials and is beautifully decorated. The pool is awesome! This condo is a great home away from home!

Brand new condo in Lewes, DE

This condo is brand new and exactly as shown in the pics of the listing. Our host, Teddi, had the unit well-stocked with kitchenware, paper goods, selection of coffee/creamer, beach chairs/towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, towels/face towels, etc. Basically everything you need is stocked. The condo is conveniently located for short drives to the local beaches, attractions, restaurants, etc. The complex has a very nice pool with lounge chairs. Since the complex is so new, we never saw more than a handful of people at the pool, so basically had it to ourselves. Teddi provided explicit instructions on how to access this secure gated community, the building and the condo unit. She was also very responsive to any questions. We definitely give five stars to this host and unit, and will try to stay here again, when in the area.

Our stay at the Residences @ Rehoboth Bay

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The condo is located at a good jumping off point to visit both Lewes and Rehoboth, about 15 min to each. While the community is located on waterfront the building we stayed does not have a view of the water. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and came supplied with all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool daily.
