Attractive, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage set in a peaceful spot just a couple of minutes’ walk from the local beach and the Fife Coastal Path – the perfect base for exploring the East Neuk. Completely renovated in 2026, it’s all on one level with off-street parking for two cars, a fully enclosed rear garden, and even an EV charging extension cable providing a 2.7kW charge so you can conveniently top up your electric vehicle during your stay. Wi-Fi is included, with superfast broadband (500Mb) so you can plan your adventures or stream a film after a day out. Please note, this property allows one dog only.



Sleeping arrangements are wonderfully flexible: two stylish bedrooms can be prepared as 2 doubles, 1 king and 1 double, or 1 king and 2 singles – perfect for couples, friends or families. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and a hair dryer for added convenience, while Bedroom 2 can be set up as a twin or a double to suit your needs. The modern bathroom features a bath, separate free-standing shower, WC and wash hand basin.



The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, designed for relaxed, sociable holiday living. Residents also have access to the garage – ideal for storing beach gear, bikes and holiday essentials – and the house comes with a range of games, including table tennis, to keep friends and family entertained throughout your stay.



And when you’re ready to venture out, you’re just a short stroll from The Ship Inn – the village’s lively hub for delicious food and drinks – and only a few minutes’ walk from the brand-new sauna, perfect for warming up after an invigorating cold-water dip.
