Kick back & relax in this private suite with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It comfortably sleeps 2 but can sleep an additional 2 on the sofa bed. The suite was updated recently & has warm hardwood floors, coffee bar, stove, fridge, microwave, wifi, smart TV, & quality linens.
The home is located in a central location in a quiet and safe family-friendly area. It’s close to the hockey/curling rink, ATSO baseball diamonds, University of Lethbridge, and more.
The suite is private and separate from the home owner’s space.
There is one bedroom area with a queen sized bed that is outfitted with high-quality linens. Please note this is a studio style apartment. There is a large shelf unit separating the bedroom and living area. The bedroom does not have a door.
There is a full bathroom with a tub and a shower. A place where you can soak your troubles away.
The living room and kitchen are open concept. The living room has a sectional that has a full-sized pull-out bed.
The kitchen has a stove, fridge, double sink, microwave, dishes, toaster, kettle, and most importantly, a wonderful coffee bar.
Outside the garage door entrance, there is a bench for guests who smoke.
We are pet friendly. However, the guest must get approval for the pet while securing their reservation. There is an additional fee for the pet, that covers the additional cleaning that has to be done. The backyard is not available for guests to use.
If the guest orders food or has company over, there is a doorbell outside the garage side door that rings in the suite.
Guests have access to the entire private suite.
There is a furnace room near the suite that is not accessible by guests.
Guests can check with the homeowners if they need to use the laundry
