This villa of 300 m2 consists of 2 adjoining houses recently renovated, it offers contemporary design while keeping the charm of the Caribbean architecture, it is located on a well maintained tropical garden of 10,000 m2 within the secure estate of the Lowlands.
The many benefits of the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, American barbecue, satellite TV,a very efficient WIFI(Starlink), an outdoor Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, floodlit private tennis court (artificial grass 'Sit in Sport Tennis 15 HD Sport 110'), a table tennis, a Jacuzzi in the master suite and an organic system against mosquitoes.
The master suite is in the 2nd detached house. The large bathroom has a shower and a dressing room. The jacuzzi is behind the bed (2m x 2m).
The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs and open onto the tropical garden lit. Both bedrooms each have same beds (2m x 2m) and en-suite bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom is upstairs in the first house. The bathroom is on the ground floor.
The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned.
The rental includes a concierge service provided by a local agent.
This beautifully decorated villa is ten minutes walk from the Hotel La Samanna and the wonderful beach of long bay. It is a perfect place for families with older children and friends traveling together for a holiday in the Caribbean.
The villa also benefits from its nearby location from the Dutch side (10 min by car) with all the casinos, bars, night clubs and strip clubs
It is close to Juliana Airport (10 mn by car)
