ERIC and EVELYNE will welcome you in their villa at 30m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, where the seabed is very pleasant to see, you can also swim very closely with the turtles. So do not forget your masks and snorkels.
Villa divided into 2 apartments located 30 m from the beach. Positioned in height, it offers a panoramic view of the small cove of Anse Dufour.
The first apartment is an F1 consists of an air-conditioned room for the night and for the nap; a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace that can accommodate: - a couple and a baby 350 € the week.
The second apartment is an F3 offering 2 air-conditioned bedrooms for the night and for the nap, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a living room and a terrace that can accommodate: From 3 people for 680 € the week and 10 € per day and per person, knowing that it can accommodate up to 7 people.

Amazing location, great host!

The pictures do it great justice. Great little place, steps from great snorkeling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few notes: Parking is a few hundred feet away. And the beach is busy, so you'll want to strategize how to get one of the reserved spots. Also, if walking is hard (elderly guest) just be cognizant that you have to walk a few hundred feet to get to the car and carry bags, etc.

Perfection

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this charming villa. Plenty of room, air conditioned bedrooms and a balcony that looked out on Anse Dufour, in the middle of a local community of villas, steps to the beach but also very private. Snorkeling is magnificent with crystal clear water, many fish and turtles. Our host also gave us a tour of the coast on his boat which included seeing dolphins jumping in the waves. We felt fortunate to find this home and family. C’etaIt merveilleux- la maison a beaucoup d’espace dans les chambres et un balcon qui donne sur la plage. On peut voir des personnes mais c’est privé au même temps. Notre hôte et sa femme sont très gentilles et accueillants. Il nous a emmené en bateau pour voir la côte et aussi des dauphins qui sautent dans les vagues. L’expérience à la plage est aussi super. L’eau est si claire et on a vu plusieurs poissons et des tortues. On a eu de la chance de trouver cette maison et cette famillle~ merci mille fois!

Perfect Authentic Beach Experience!

You can't beat this location for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation. The view from the balcony and the beach itself are exquisite. The beach gets crowded because of the wonderful snorkeling and turtles, but being here you can easily come and go as you please especially early and late. The restaurants at the beach are perfect for lunch and we were able to cook in the fairly well appointed kitchen for our other meals. The apartment itself has basically everything you need - rooms are well appointed and have plenty of space. It was very clean and orderly. Eric and Evelyn were great in communicating before we arrived, greeted us although we got in a couple hours later than planned, and even prepared us a salad and brought us bread and cheese, and upon hearing our desire, even some of their own rum! A few things were not ideal - we couldn't get on the Wifi, there were not enough towels, and the shower door was broken - but none of those things kept us from really enjoying our stay and I would come back. We haven't been to many other places in Martinique, but having stayed here I hardly wanted to leave. You could stay here without ever putting shoes on :-)

Eric was great host, polite and easy to communicate with, he gave us all info we needed. His house with the see view terrace is clean and comfortable, location is the best on the beautiful bay and we felt like part of the local scene. I recommend.

Lovely house just steps from the beach

We stayed at the house for 8 days and loved every minute of it. Anse Dufoir is just steps away and offers an incredible snorkeling experience. Anse Noir is a 5 minute walk away. It’s less crowded and has a shack that rents sea kayaks and diving masks. There is a short hiking trail on the peninsula between the beaches. The beaches were incredible and we had a great time at both. The house is made up of two rental units. They can be connected together to fit more people. The first unit has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably fit 4 adults. The second has a single bedroom with a king size bed. All of the bedrooms are equipped with AC but the living room (that has a sofa bed) only has a fan. The house contains three bathrooms with all the necessary amenities though the shower door in one of the bathrooms was broken. There is a wonderful porch at the front of the house with a great view. It is essential to have a car when staying at this house. The house is several kilometers away from the main road in a small fisherman village. There is a restaurant and 2 food shacks steps away from the house. The nearest grocery store is approximately 10 minutes by car. The parking is on the beach access road 200 meters from the house but the road gets very busy with traffic as many come to enjoy the beach. It may be difficult finding nearby parking space during the day. Although the owners didn’t speak English, they patiently answered all our questions that we translated on the phone. They were very friendly, welcomed us to the house and helped us throughout the stay. Thank you, Eric and Evelyne! We had a great vacation and we will be back.

Steps from the beach

Nice house very close to one of the best beaches in Martinique - literally 20 sec walk to the water. Everything in the house was in good order and as described in the ad. The host Eric was very helpful. Anse Dufour and the nearby Anse Noire (also walking distance) are very popular so the daytime parking is challenging. Si nous devions trouver un mot qui caractérise l accueil formidable d'Evelyne et Eric, ce serait celui de générosité ; dès notre arrivée autour d'un apéritif frugal et tout au long du séjour par leur bienveillance et le souci constant que nous soyons bien.Le cadre est enchanteur, une vue à 180 degrés de la terrasse, une maison fonctionnelle où rien ne manque.Bref nous avons passé un séjour de rêve à Anse Dufour avec les gens du village et sans voitures. Superbes vacances au bord de la plage

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle au bord de l'eau. Les enfants étaient autonomes pour aller se baigner quand ils le souhaitent. Le lieu est très calme et reposant, et les propriétaires sont gentils et très attentionnés. Nous recommandons !

Emplacement idéal

Très bel appartement F3 idéalement situé. La terrasse offre une très belle vue sur la plage qui n'est qu'à quelques pas. C'est un endroit idéal pour pratiquer le snorkeling. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, merci encore Eric pour ton accueil ! L'accès internet est excellent, la fibre a été installée juste avant notre départ (1Gb testé avec nperf) A noter qu'il est difficile de trouver une place pour se garer entre 9h et 17h

Appartement idéal pour de belles vacances en famille

L'appartement est idéalement situé et possède un balcon offrant une vue superbe sur la plage d’Anse Dufour et sur la baie de Fort-de-France. La plage se trouve à seulement quelques mètres de l'appartement mais la terrasse est protégée par quelques arbres permettant de se sentir au calme tout en étant proche. L’appartement quant à lui est spacieux et très fonctionnel. Très fréquentée en journée, Anse Dufour se vide des touristes le soir, moment privilégié pour ceux pouvant y loger, car propice à la sérénité parfaite au rythme des vagues et des oiseaux. Eric et sa compagne habitent au rez-de-chaussée et sont attentionnés tout en étant discrets, nous les remercions pour leur accueil particulièrement sympathique durant notre séjour.

Merveilleuses vacances en famille dans un cadre idyllique !

Nous y avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille à 5 avec nos 3 enfants ! La location est idéalement située à proximité immédiate d’une des plus belles plages de Martinique. Quel bonheur de prendre nos petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec cette vue paradisiaque sur la mer, la plage à travers la végétation luxuriante et les chants des oiseaux ! Toujours aussi bien

Avons encore passé un très agréable séjour à l'Anse Dufour. Certes en journée, la fréquentation de la anse est très très importante mais l'intérêt d'y loger est justement de l'avoir pour nous le matin tôt et en soirée et de se balader sur le reste de l'Ile en journée. Accueil très sympathique d'Eric et Evelyne. On reviendra.

Le paradis aux tortues ...

Il faut y être pour y croire, la maison est comme sur la plage, c'est magique !! Propreté, clarté, spacieuse, lumineuse, ... Tout pour passer un agréable séjour. Eric et Émilie habite le rdv, on se croise et toujours disponibles et sympathiques. Un seul point négatif, la machine à laver le linge est chez eux et pas dans la location, mais c'est un détail qui s'oublie vite. Le lieu est sans voiture, mais c'est un vrai plus pour vivre juste au bruit des vagues ...

Séjour agréable

Une situation incroyable à quelques mètres de la mer et de la plage avec une vue magnifique. Le propriétaire qui occupe le rez-de-chaussée est à l'écoute et du coup très présent en cas de besoin. Si nous revenons, nous essayerons de louer aussi le studio qui est attenant à l'appartement et par lequel on peut accéder directement depuis l'appartement par une porte et ce pour plus de calme et éviter ainsi les désagréments liés à la proximité de ces deux locations.
