Cute place tucked away on the horse ranch. Plenty of privacy, but close enough to watch the horses train. Big fenced in yard for the kiddos to run and spacious 2 bedroom with 2 separate baths. Far enough from all the hustle, but only a 15 min drive to all restaurants, Walmart, groceries, etc. Jan was very friendly and even let the kids have a quick tour of the horse barn. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved our one night stay- would have loved to stay longer! This was a resting place half way through a 22hr drive. The cottage was clean and quiet. We have stayed here multiple times and every stay has been impeccable-the experience is great, relaxing, entertaining (see horses) and a great way to both start and end your day. Close to everywhere we needed to go. A hidden charm in west Knoxville.
