Rowing boat with motor, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 16 km, supermarket 35 km, bus stop 7.6 km, bathing lake "Ylen" 100 m. Walking paths from the house 2 km, fishing possibilities 100 m. Nearby attractions: Åsens by 8 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
"Norrgården", 6-room house on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), satellite TV. Dining room with dining table.
