Young lady at reception was very helpfull, at check in, explained everything that we needed to know, and even offered help with our luggage. En -Suite triple room, was very clean and cosy, with the radiator on an added bonus. Local shops and pub nearby and only 15-20 minute walk to the City centre. We would stay here again, as great value, with free parking and early check- in an added bonus

Very friendly arrival, staff member showed me to my room and explained where the shared facilities were. Comfy bed, clean bedding, tea and coffee facilities and a sink in the room was great. Shared facilities were clean. Managed to get a parking space out the front so I didn't have to worry about where to park. If you aren't used to sleeping next to roads, bring ear plugs to help in case your room is on the front of the property. Nice to see a communal dining room with microwave in it, although I didn't need to use it. Good value for money, ideal for a quick night stop over
