Cozy up by the fireplace for board games and family time. Living room with oversized climate controlling fireplace, 78 inch television, cable and wifi. Let the kids roam in the 1/3 acre back yard with 3 private patios, a fire pit, picnic tables, BBQ and basketball hoop available for shared use. Located in a quiet neighborhood near pickleball courts, a neighborhood park, splash pad, Frontrunner access and Murdock running and biking trails. Close to highway access and Traverse Outlets. Approximately 30 minutes to Salt Lake City and Provo, and 1 hour to skiing, hiking, fishing and biking in the Cottonwood Canyons, 15 minutes to Hale Center Theatre, Thanksgiving Point, the Aquarium, American Fork Canyon and so many great restaurants and shops. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet and pack-n-play. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and the game room has 2 extra twin beds.
