Holiday Accommodation "Alkionides Apartment 3" with pine forest overlook
With a lot of care, personal care and love, but above all with respect to nature and the visitor, we built in 2010 the "Alcyonides", independent houses of 40 sqm.
The "Alkyonides" are located just 200 meters from the village of Agios Nikitas, that is 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village on the provincial road Agios Nikitas - Kathissa.
Built amphitheatrically on the mountainside, overlooking the pine forest away from any disturbance or noise, but so close to all the beauties of the island, it is only 5 minutes by car from the beach of Kathisma and 15 minutes from the town of Lefkada.

Sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus mit guter Lage am Hang.
Von dem schönen Ferienhaus als Basis steuerten wir schöne einsame Naturstrände in 20 min. Entfernung an. Ein Gegensatz zu dem überfüllten Dorfstrand. Abends 15 min.zu Fuß in die Dorftavernen, angenehm. Für komplette Selbstversorgung wäre das Kücheninventar etwas knapp. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!
