The room was in excellent condition. My only gripe was that the couch upholstery showed signs of wear. The property seemed to be in decent condition. The breakfast buffet was fine. The indoor breakfast dining room was pleasant, and there was an outdoor area with tables and either benches or chairs nearby.

Room was spotless, staff pleasant but Larry, the attendant at the breakfast buffet was the nicest, friendliest, most helpful person I've ever encountered in a hotel. There were several handicapped guests and he went out of his way to accommodate them. He had a smile for everyone and made sure every item was replenished and full. He deserves a raise!

Room was fine except the bathtub plug did not function and tub area was rusty. 2nd floor hallway had strong cigarette smell for a non-smoking hotel. Otherwise check-in was fine, outdoors well-lit, breakfast adequate, relatively comfortable for a short stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is basic. I don’t know what’s up with the little square pillows but they aren’t comfortable. The shower curtain is ineffective because they are too short so water gets all over the floor. The room could use more towels. Otherwise a good place to stay if you are hanging out in Leesburg for a night.
