Easy parking at a nearby carpark. (Charges apply) Very central & near station, which results in some local noise (at least on a Sat night when we stayed there) Beds comfortable. Rooms spacious. Overall hotel very nice and would stay again.

Anniversary booking exec suite

Booked an executive suite for our wedding anniversary. Nothing wrong with the suite but myself and my husband aren’t late night partygoers so just like a few drinks, nice food and then watch a bit of tv snuggled up in bed…..however no tv in the bedroom and only a very small 2 seater sofa in the living room where the tv is so left us a bit disappointed. Also I think the old executive lounge was a lot better ambience wise. The food and drink was excellent in the lounge but I felt like we were sitting in a glass square box rather than a nice chilled out area as the old lounge was so again a bit disappointed. Still enjoyed our stay but not sure if we’d stay their again.

Great location, and at less than £100 for a night in the city centre including 24 hours parking, a great price. Inevitably given the central location it was a bit noisy until the early hours from nearby clubs, but the room's sound insulation was pretty good. Noise from returning guests in the corridor was sadly noticeable, even though they weren't rowdy or anything.

No disable parking spaces outside the hotel. There was a multistorey car park round the corner but still walking distance was a problem.
