Casina del Bene, in a peaceful big park, is an ancient rural house which was entirely renoved into a villa that allows you to enjoy an exclusive stay in Salento near Lecce.
The architecture keeps the traditional features of Salento but it`s enriched by the accessories of the most luxurious accommodation facilities. The big park is entirely fenced by dry stone walls.
The property is also characterized by a lush garden with lawn and infinity pool, surrounded by comfortable cushions. The pergolas, dry stone walls and decorative plants all around it, create a suggestive oasis.
Casina del Bene is on two floors. The rooms on the ground floor are large and spacious, with ancient stone ceiling that are well combined with recently-built wooden ceiligns. There are a large living room with comfortable sofas and tv, a living room with fireplace and library and kitchen with hobs on the isle.
In the recently-built room there are the pool table and a comfortable sofa facing the fireplace, with large glass doors overlooking the garden.
The sleeping area is on both floors and it consists of 7 bedrooms. There are 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 5 double bedrooms. Moreover, there are 5 bathrooms, 4 of which with bathroom and 1 with tub. One of the bathroom is equipped with box for the steam bath.

Casina del Bene is in the countryside near Lecce, San Pietro in Lama and close to the Rudiae archaeological area.
The old town centre of Lecce is 2 kilometers away, so the villa is the ideal solution for those who wish for an exclusive holiday, in the peaceful countryside, but near the most lively city centre with its services.
It is a short drive away from the most beautiful locations in Salento, such as Copertino with its monumental castle, the beaches of Porto Cesareo, the park of Porto Selvaggio or the lively nightlife of Gallipoli.
The closest airport is Brindisi, which is 45 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Salt water Pool available from May to October. Opening of the pool in low season euro 200.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
