Check in was fine. Upon arrival noticed hairs hanging on furniture and blankets. Went down to beach and my hubby had to pickup someone elses dog poop before we could take our dog down. The first night we were woke up at 1am by racoons getting in to 3 garbage cans full of previous tenants garbage. Not fun to pickup someone elses garbage full of dirty diapers, misc. gross items. I brought this to the attention of Recreation Stays and asked for suggestions to keep them out as I was sure they would come back. Was answered to Sorry to hear about that. I will check with cleaners. No resolution of their cleaners to come get the garbage or what to do. No cares about dog poop on beach. So my husband stacked chairs on top of the can to prevent the racoons from getting in if they came back. Well, they came back around same time next night..tried to scare them off but ending up picking up more garbage the next morning. So gross! So my hubby stacks more chairs on the cans next night. Guess what? They came back and were able to get into one..so more garbage to pickup. It was not a fun 3 nights due to lack of sleep from the racoons coming. We did not use the downstairs..it smelled very musty. The only pleasant thing was the beach..minus the dog poop we picked up and the view from the house. I also didnt realize when I booked..no A/C or dishwasher..not fun. I let Recreation Stays know about issues before we left and again Sorry to hear about that and would take care of for future guests?? :(
