Rien à dire sur l'hôte, très disponible et accueillante. Mais l'habitation n'est pas à la hauteur décrit sur internet : il y a une chambre qui ressemble plus à un cagibi de 6 m2 avec un rideau en guise de porte.

We had a great stay! The owners were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean, the Terrasse is superb and it was super beautiful living outside of the bigger towns in nature. The Wifi was pretty slow but I think that’s unavoidable in the more rural areas. We were really happy and would definitely stay again!

Nous avons avons passé un mois dans le logement qui est conforme à la description. Des fruits frais locaux nous attendaient dans le salon ainsi que des produits pour le petit-déjeuner. Il est fonctionnel avec la climatisation dans les chambres et moustiquaires, un lave-linge et un abri pour la voiture. Mme JOACHIM est très disponible et à l’écoute également. Nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse.

Le marin une semaine en famille

l'hébergement est facile a trouvé avec les coordonnées GPS que nous avons reçu, il est situé dans les hauteurs du marin, sur la route qui grimpe nous avons de très beaux points de vue.nous sommes juste a coté du point de vue du gommier.La propriétaire est très accueillante et à l'écoute.une machine a laver est disponible si besoin.une glacière est mise a disposition avec des pains de glacesla climatisation est présente ce qui est très agréabletout s'est très bien passé, peut être a noter que la salle de bain avec douche et wc sont petits.

Emplacement excepionnel

Situé à proximité de Ste Luce et du Marin, le logement a été idéal pour nos visites dans le sud Martinique. Fonctionnel, avec une terrasse confortable et des équipements qui facilitent le quotidien en vacances (machine à laver, clim, voiture garée en abri, etc). Notre hôte a été très accueillante et bienveillante avec des petits cadeaux à l’arrivée (confiture locale par exemple) et lors du séjour (fruits et légumes du jardin). Merci, notre séjour à été parfait !

Bon sejour chez madame JOACHIM août 2024

Nous avons passé 18j chez madame JOACHIM. Le logement est conforme à la description, il y a une grande chambre avec un grand rangement, la seconde est plus petite mais fonctionnelle. Et le lave-linge permet de ne pas venir trop chargé. La presence de la clim dans les chambres permet de bien se reposer. Surtout que l'environnement sur les hauteurs du morne gommier est tres calme. Mme JOACHIM est tres gentille et disponible. Le logement est à proximité des plages du Sud mais l'accès est un peu pentu. Et comme il s'agit d'un bas de villa, le logement manque un peu de lumière. Voici les seuls bémols. Le logement a un bon rapport qualité/prix.
