Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place near downtown Lawrenceville. This left side of my duplex has two bedrooms and two full bathroom, spacious just updated kitchen, dining area, full laundry room and a spacious living room with a fireplace. There are three beds, one king and two queen beds in one room. Private outdoor area. Each bedroom has a TV as well. Enjoy!

We rented this property so that we could attend the Petit Le Mans Race thhis weekend. The location was perfect. The inside has been update recently and the amedities were greatly appreciated. The little things like providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap. The place was impecably clean. I would highly recommend this location id you need a place near the Buford, GA area!

Property was great, clean and all amenities were as advertised. Communication with property manager was fine, received timely responses.My only concern was that there was almost constant foot, bicycle and auto traffic in front of the property. Be aware that even though the property is on a residential street, cars come by very quickly and all of that traffic can make it a bit difficult to get in and out at times. Other than that the location was good, covenient to everything around Lawrenceville.

Nice location and great house

It was a touch and go in locating a place to stay for the funeral but it turned out to be so close to the funeral home and therefore limited lots of travel. It helped me to get over the management of the funeral for my brother while also taking care of the accommodation for my family. Thanks and will be looking at more VRBO units in future when I travel instead of hotel

Great experience

This was a perfect little duplex for 4 adults and 1 teen. It was really clean and updated. I don't think we had neighbors so it was also quiet. Would definitely stay again if we come back.

The house was perfect for four adults/two little ones. We’ll appointed - cute and comfortable furnishings and spotless! The property manager/owner was very responsive and gracious with an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this VRBO in lieu of a hotel stay. We’ll definitely be back!
