This peaceful property offers a cozy, comfortable base for couples or solo travellers exploring the Great Ocean Road, Twelve Apostles, and the many forest walks and waterfalls nearby.

Wake up to the sound of birdsong and views of forest and ocean from your room. In the evenings, sit by the fire pit under a sky full of stars or simply listen to the soft night sounds of frogs and crickets.

Your private guest room includes:
•A comfortable bed with premium bedding and an electric blanket
•Ensuite bathroom for convenience and privacy
•Large windows with block-out blinds
•Kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishes, and cutlery
•Simple cereal breakfast, tea, coffee, and light snacks provided
•Panel heater, fan, hairdryer, and handheld steam iron

You’ll have your own entrance, self check-in via lockbox, and exclusive use of your private room and bathroom. Undercover parking is provided in the carport. Guests are welcome to wander the 16-acre property or explore the timber plantation tracks nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay. The views are incredible and the bird watching is fantastic! We enjoyed a whiskey and a wine on the patio at sunset. Thoughtful touches inside and a luxurious bed with delightful linen. Hosts were so lovely too.10/10!
