Perfect Beach Cottage in Lavallette. New Custom Granite Counter Top, and cherry wood cabinetry in the kitchen, tile floors through out, completely repainted entire inside of home. Central A/C, Free Wi-Fi, Complimentary Beach Badges, off street parking, gas grill, patio furniture, vaulted ceiling, Terrific location across from ballpark and library. Property is just 2 1/2 short blocks to Beach and also in close proximity to Bay. House sleeps (6) six and is complete with new Central air-conditioning system and ceiling fans. Lovely landscaping and super clean and well maintained home. Outdoor gas barbecue for summer cookouts complete with picnic table. Brand new custom deck and railings, with private outdoor shower. Great sliding glass doors lead out to elevated wrap around deck, that gives you privacy and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.
We redid so much of this home through the winter of 18-19, to make it perfect.

Great getaway

This property was the perfect size for my boyfriend and me to work from home and get away for awhile. Great outdoor furniture and location. Would stay here again.
