The female front desk employee on duty in the evening on 3 Feb 2026 was very rude and not welcoming at all. Bad attitude, not answering the phone, and again showed long face and bad attitude when I went downstairs to talk to her in person. The staffs in both restaurants were also not welcoming at all. Complete disaster portraying the image of Swiss hospitality.
