Villa Tiburón is a beautifully updated Caribbean-style villa designed for families and groups seeking space, comfort, and tropical charm. Perfectly located just 400 meters from the popular Las Ballenas Beach and only a few minutes from Pueblo de los Pescadores, this villa offers the best of both worlds — the tranquility of a residential area and the convenience of being close to restaurants, bars, and shops.
Recently renovated, the villa now features a modern aluzinc roof, replacing the traditional palm thatch for better comfort and durability, while maintaining its tropical character with natural materials and open, breezy spaces.
Inside, you’ll find four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, closets, and private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms include cozy mezzanines, making them ideal for children or teens. The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, perfect for large families or groups of friends traveling together.
A separate independent bungalow provides extra privacy with its own full bathroom — a perfect space for grandparents, a couple, or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare family meals, with gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There’s also a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and an outdoor dining area under the covered terrace, complete with ceiling fans and a cozy lounge area with cushions — ideal for relaxing evenings after a beach day.

Perfect vacation
We had an amazing time at las Terrenas. The house was just as the picture; very clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. Many restaurants nearby and there was delivery options too. Nena was extremely helpful and friendly. Our family had a great vacation and can’t wait to be back.
