Web site advertised breakfast from 7am,this is incorrect at weekends it is open from 7.30am. No kettke in room for coffee,woken up from midnight to early hours bin men emptying the bins very loud and we were on floor 7. Pool and hot tub too cold to use...not heated .... Roof top terrace did look nice but didnt get chance to use it .... Flies in the room on arrival but they did change our room very quickly.

It’s supposed to be a four star hotel instead of that we find out that the bathroom had a leak every day we had to clean up the bathroom with clean towels plus we asked for the reception so you know fix it they did not

Wonderful hotel

This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. Breakfast is good, with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruit etc, there could be more variety, however there are plenty of cafes & restaurants serving breakfast nearby as another option. The service is first class, everyone at reception and the restaurant are very friendly & helpful, and able to recommend where to visit on the island. They also accommodated late checkout for us which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here on my return and would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Las Palmas!

A nice hotel close to the beach

I had a nice 2-night stay at the hotel while attending a conference. The room was spacious and tidy, and breakfast was decent. The hotel was very close to the beach.

Nice room but a kettle and the ability to make a hot drink was definitely missed. The fridge was nice but the freezer section desperately needed defrosting. Bathroom was lovely and all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotions were a lovely extra touch. Breakfast was a good selection and staff very friendly.

It is in the center of the city with walkable distances to plazas, dinning options and more. It is a very safe place to walk at night. The staff is ver friendly and assist in any ways you need. They called a taxi for us that was there in 2 minutes. It is closed to a beach, briers restaurants so and other amenities.
