New and bright holiday home in the heart of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Unser Urlaubserlebnis besonderer Art

Wenn wir auf unseren Urlaub zurückblicken, sind wir, gelinde gesagt, enttäuscht. Als Sie uns über den Karneval informierten, erwarteten wir Straßenumzüge und Musik. Was wir zusätzlich bekamen, überstieg unsere Vorstellungskraft. Niemand verbindet Karneval mit Kirmes. Wir mussten nach dem Einzug in die Wohnung von den frühen Abendstunden bis 2 Uhr morgens wegen des Jahrmarkts vor unserem Haus extremen Lärm ertragen. Die Bässe dröhnten jede Nacht stundenlang und verursachten uns Herzklopfen. Das und der Schlafmangel zwangen uns zum Handeln. Interessanterweise riet uns ein Hotel in der Nähe, nicht einzuchecken, da der Lärm auf dem Rummelplatz genauso schlimm wäre. Glücklicherweise fanden wir ein Hotel, in dem wir 8 Nächte bleiben konnten, bis die Kirmes weiterzog. Abgesehen von der Unannehmlichkeit, ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden und hin und her zu ziehen, waren die zusätzlichen Kosten für uns erheblich. Ihre Argumentation in dieser Situation zeigte, dass Sie kein Interesse am Wohlergehen Ihrer Kunden hatten. Du hast immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass du uns über den Karneval informiert hast und das war's für dich. Sie haben nicht einmal ansatzweise versucht, uns entgegenzukommen, indem Sie einen Rabatt für die Zeit des Jahrmarkts angeboten haben. Zusätzlich summierten sich die sehr unzureichenden Kochutensilien und das spärlich ausgestattete Badezimmer zu unserer schlechten Erfahrung. Das ist definitiv kein guter Kundenservice!
