This simple no-frills apartment is a magnificent opportunity to enjoy the sea and the sunsets that its privileged location offers. Enjoy views of the Confital bay and Las Canteras, as well as the north coast of Gran Canaria and the island of Tenerife on the horizon, on days when visibility allows.
This property has two independent bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively and two full bathrooms (one of them in suite). Just keep in mind that the sliding door that separates the bedrooms does not offer absolute privacy.

It also has a living-dining room with sea views, sat TV with access to streaming services, and free internet connection (optical fiber) for the whole house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer.
In the living room, in addition to a comfortable sofa and dining table, you will find stairs that lead to a large private roof terrace as a solarium, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors or sunbathe in the available hammocks. This property is pet friendly.

The El Confital RF18 Apartment is located just 5 minutes’ walk from the beginning of the Las Canteras promenade, where you can enjoy an unlimited gastronomic offer of which we are very proud and also a wide cultural offer. Be surprised by its countless restaurants and visit the emblems of the city such as the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium or the Elder Museum of Science. Also, just a few minutes' walk away is the bus station, where you can easily connect with the airport and various points of interest on the island.

For those who enjoy long walks, do not hesitate to walk to one side of the entire beach avenue (about 5 km) until you reach the Auditorium and to the other side to the virgin beaches of El Confital and its beautiful coastline.

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100,00€ for the whole stay
A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
