Good location. Could do with update

Good location convenient for beach, restaurants and buses. Enjoyed our stay, but some of the furniture, bed linen etc need updating. Too much of owner's appliances etc cluttering the kitchen cupboards, so little space for food storage. No hot water in bathroom basin for whole of 4 week stay. Local agent was helpful and arranged plumber but he could not fix the problem.
