The property itself is great, the location was perfect for us, you are very close to bars and restaurants (our favorite To Limani), its very quiet and this is the only Villa on the complex that is not immediately overlooked by another. The decor inside could do with an update its a little tired, the furniture in the living room needs replacing, 1 stool item broken, sofa missing a back cushion and stained, the beds were very comfy, tv channels very limited but there is Netflix (if you have an account) available, the majority of the Villa was clean but the top of the fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time and was visible while in the kitchen. The biggest issue is there is one external key and it is attached to the fob for the electric therefore if you leave the Villa and take the key there is no electric, this is a problem if you are party of people it makes it difficult if you want to do different things, for example my adult son and his partner stayed with us and wanted to go out late into the evening, myself and my wife wanted an early night but we had to let them back in late night or let them take the key and we had no electricity....this doesn't work, we asked for an extra key but were told we couldn't have one. All in all this is a very nice Villa with a great location with easy access to restaurants and a short walk to the sea front, a little extra care cleaning, change the key situation and replace the sofa and it would be a great Villa.
