Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our guest relations team, in which all information related to the location and check in/ out procedure will be shared.
When you arrive , you will get the keys from the lockbox located outside of the apartment.
While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else.

This lavish property is just a few minutes drive from Finikoudes Beach, the historical site of Larnaca's Medieval Castle (which dates back to the 13th century), Kyriazis Medical Museum and Saint Lazarus Church. You can roam around and explore the charm of the area during the day and visit all its
tourist sites. Additionally, situated near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pubs; you can end your evening experiencing Larnaca’s nightlife.

Various bus stops are located all around town near the property. They take you to most destinations, places of interest; culture; and also to the airport.
Moreover, you can get around and explore the area by bike.

Our housekeeping team can provide you with extra services during your stay for additional charges.
Our guest relations team will follow up with you from the moment you inquire about the place until the moment you check out.

Our listing has a smart TV, but is not connected to satellite channels. Hence you are welcome to use YouTube or your Netflix account.

We are environmental friendly, and by that we aim to preserve sustainable energy. So kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in.
Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment.
You’ll receive a Boarding Pass link after booking. Simply fill in your details under “Verify Me” to get access to check-in info, Wi-Fi details, local guides, and more.
Please note that check-in instructions can only be shared once this requirement is fulfilled.

Cameras & Crew:
Professional photoshoots, videography, or film productions are not permitted without prior written approval. Gatherings:
Please respect the maximum number of guests indicated in your booking. Exceeding this limit will be considered a gathering. Most of our apartments do not allow gatherings; however, small visits from friends or family are welcome. Any exception must be approved in advance.- Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Kindly remove the card from its holder whenever you leave the apartment, as it helps us preserve sustainable energy.

- While our listing features a smart TV, please note that it is not connected to satellite channels. However, feel free to enjoy streaming services like YouTube or use your own Netflix account for entertainment during your stay.

**IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.5 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
