Location was horrible…. Busy road, derelict buildings with squatters making us feel unsafe after dark, broken pavements, rubbish on pavements. Lovely large private balcony, but we could not use it. Noisy road below and interesting working harbour opposite, but the dust from loading the ships covered the whole balcony area, furniture and glass balustrade with a yellow film. Hotel layout was fragmented…..nothing flowed. Might work for some, but not me. Had a couple of maintenance problems in the room…. Top marks to the maintenance man, cannot praise him enough. The standard light did not work…. He exchanged for a new one. TV would not access the channels….. he fixed it. All other experiences were acceptable rather than good or better.

We stayed for one night during which there was a blackout and we had to climb -3 stories with little children by stairs. They said the generators aren’t working and they failed to bring power back for 3 hours. No compensation was offered. Would expect much more from an allegedly 5 stars hotel.

Nice rooftop pool and breakfast, 2 of 3 restaurants were closed all stay. Randomly closed the pool bar for a day. The area is very city. The port is ugly. The staff are ok... not super reactive. We paid for a suite, it was ok. TV turend itself on at 2am waking us up. All in all ok

Amazing stay

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location was ideal. Located close to the airport and with easy access to fast ways to travel to Limasol, Ayia Napa, and other locations. The staff was invaluable (especially Maria). The room was very clean and spacious.

Disappointment

Poor maintenance throughout the hotel. • Shower drains were clogged. • Windows across the property were dirty. • Air conditioning in public areas was not functioning. • The gym had no towels and no air conditioning — this was the case during both of my visits.
