Excellent Location

The staff in the hotel are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them the breakfast is very goodwith a wide variety for everyone, didn't have evening meal so cannot comment.Location right on beach.

Best small hotel on Ayia Napa

We stayed here for 6 nights and the staff were wonderful good selection of food for breakfast,rooms are very clean and the service in all departments is exceptional.Special mentions go to Spyros the Manager ,Andrea Katie Jutta, Pascal, Gabi and everyone else who make this hotel so welcoming and feels like home from home.

Super friendly service, great hotel

Amazing stay at the Anonymous Beach Hotel! The staff was the friendliest we have encountered in a while, the room facilities were sufficient and clean, the breakfast was amazing (we were mainly eating the cheese, vegetables, fruit etc. but others looked good too). The pool is nice and the pool bar has food and drinks served during the day again with very friendly service. You can access the Sandy Bay beach with a 2 minute walk right across the hotel. The small beach is lovely, has nice weaves and a water sports kiosk (people were very friendly there too, we tried the parasailing and it was great).

Very well placed in the centre of Ayia Napa with bars and restaurants easily accessible by foot. Limited parking on premise but we found for all three nights. Sandy Bay beach is right in front but run by the municipality so parasols and beach chairs have to be paid separately. Very rocky beach, small, not that nice. Gets very windy in the afternoons.

Best about this property apart from the amazing view (sea front top floor room - 5 starts!!) was the customer service! From the manager of the hotel to the receptionist to the staff at the dining area, etc everyone was super friendly, polite and professional! Would definitely go back! We received 5 star treatment and the hotel is well located too! Right in front of the beach, 15 min walk to Nissi beach, 25 min walk (or a quick 5 min taxi ride) to the nightlife area and plenty of restaurants and little shops around :)

All the staff are very Friendly. The hotels dinner buffet food is amazing the breakfast is basic nothing amazing but there is everything to get you started for the day! The rooms are excellent and most of all the manager is the nicest, polite and most attentive person ever ! If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t re visit as he made the experience highly pleasurable. The smallest things sometimes mean the most ! Would definitely re visit! Would highly recommend. The local beach is a 10 second walk. Nissi beach is a 10 minute walk

An amazing (small) pool with comfortable deckchair

A perfect combination of a family hotel (comfort, friendliness, value) with a "I want to be in this kind of hotel" (the pool, the view, the location, the food). You do need to splash for a 4* if you take a few little compromises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
