Stay highly recommended

This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.

Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

Standard huone olikin Budget "kellarihuone"

Varasin kahden hengen STANDARD huoneen. Kyseessä oli kuitenkin BUDGET-tasoinen huone. Autojen parkkipaikka suoraan ikkunan edessä siten, että parkkipaikan maataso oli huoneen lattiasta metrin korkeammalla. Mitään betoniporsastakaan ei auton ja ikkunan välissä ollut. Asetuksessa sanotaan nykyisin: "Asuin- ja majoitushuoneen lattian on oltava pääikkunaseinän kohdalla olevan maanpinnan yläpuolella." Lisäksi autopaikan ja rakentamisen pitää olla 8 m ikkunasta. Huone sinänsä oli siisti ja aamiainen hyvä ja runsas. Moitin huoneen luokitusta, kellarihuoneet myydään yleensä BUDGET-määritelmällä (ja hinnalla). Oli pettymys, kun saimme tämän ns. standardhuoneen (nro 11). Kävinkin respassa keskustelemassa huoneesta, sain ikävän vastauksen: "Ainahan voi sulkea säleverhot". Ei näin!
