Our cottage 'NEGRA 'is situated in the village Mazici / Budva. The apartment is about 60 m² and is located on the ground floor of the house.
In the bedroom, the double bed with back-friendly mattresses equipped. Two additional sleeping accommodations offers comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Here is intergrieter dining area from real wood furniture. The well equipped kitchen has everything for breakfast, lunch and dinner. TV available free of charge via satellite (German TV), Wireless Internet, cot, barbecue front of the terrace. Parking in front of the house. The large terrace 50m² with sea view, with impressive views of the Adriatic Sea and famous hotel island 'Sv. Stefan '. One floor down is second separate bedroom approx 12m with shower / WC with satellite TV and Internet via Wi-Fi, and a fridge.

Guests arriving from Croatia by car, drive over Tivat to Budva. At the output of Budva street, then turn left to Cetinje. After about 5 km on the left and right leads village Markovici the road to the village Mazici. At the end of the main street, the house is located.
The host family Jovicevic / Obermayer offers German language support and assist you with advice and information available. Due to our guests excursions can be organized inexpensive to the most beautiful parts of Montenegro. In Budva and rental cars are inexpensive to obtain.

Tolle Wohnung, super Gegend, gerne wieder

Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, was wir ja auch wussten. Da wir immer Ferienhäuser mieten sind wir etwas mit gemischten Gefühlen herangegangen. Doch wurden wir so herzlich und aufmerksam von dem Ehepaar empfangen, dass wir uns die zwei Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, eigentlich genau wir auf den Fotos. Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir wurden von Vesna verwöhnt und bekamen Tipps, die wir bei dem für die Gegend ungewöhnlichen unbeständigem Wetter sehr gern annahmen. Vielen Dank liebe Vesna und Rolf für alles, an diesen Urlaub mit seinem wunderschönen Land und den lieben Menschen werden wir uns gern erinnern. Markus und Silvia

Erholung Pur

Unser Aufenthalt bei Vesna und Rolf war wunderschön. Beide sind zwei herzliche Gastgeber und versuchen einem immer behilflich zu sein. Die Wohnung mit der wunderschönen Terrasse entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Urlaub, welcher nachhallt!

Die Gastgeber: Rolf und Vesna haben uns tief beeindruckt. In jeder Situation, mal hilfreich und nah, mal pragmatisch und hinweisgebend, dann wieder nicht zu merken. Menschlichkeit, verbunden mit soviel Herzlichkeit findet man selten. Die Wohnung: Eine Wohnung welche genau das liefert, was die Bilder versprechen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und ohne offene Wünsche an die Ausstattung. Die Stadt und das Hinterland: Die Stadt ist in der Saison eine quirlige Touristen-Hochburg, nicht unser Ding aber Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden. Grüne Oase

Wir waren im August für 10 Tage bei Vesna und ihrem Mann in der Ferienwohnung. Etwas oberhalb vom sehr quirligen Budva, liegt das kleine, ruhige Dorf, umgeben von viel Grün - mit Aussicht auf die Stadt. Auf der ruhigen, weinberankten Terrasse haben wir viele entspannte Stunden mit und ohne den super freundlichen Gastgebern verbracht. Die beiden hatten immer gute Tipps für wunderbare Ausflugsziele. Da wir zu zweit unterwegs waren, war die Wohnung sehr großzügig und entsprach genau den Fotos aus dem Inserat. Alles sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und gut ausgestattet- auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rund herum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location

Vesna and Rolf are amazing hosts. Vesna was there to welcome us, and they in the same house, so it is easy to get in contact, if you have any questions during your stay. Vesna even gave us vegetables from her lovely garden. They made us feel very welcome. The apartment is just as described in the listing, and it is nice to be away from the hustle in Budva. We travelled with our youngest son and his girlfriend, and they even got their own bedroom downstairs from us - much appreciated! We came by car, and there is parking in front of the house, and when leaving, Vesna helped us finding the best way to cross the borders. Highly recommended. Thank you Vesna for making our stay memorable.

Urlaubsidyll der besonderen Art

im September 2021 waren wir in dieser idyllichen Unterkunft. Abseits von jeden Urlaubstrubel jedoch schnell wieder, bergab, in den wunderbaren Budvar. Durch diese zentrale Lage hatten wir die Möglichkeit, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Montenegros zu erleben und zu genießen.Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Vesna und Rolf auf das herzlichste empfangen, als ob wir uns schon lange kennen würden. Durch das Insiderwissen unserer Herbergseltern haben wir viel von dem Land und der Bevölkerung, sowie günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Badestrände und Sehenswürdigkeiten erfahren. Die Anlage gab uns viel Raum zur Entspannung und Erholung. Vielen Dank für die schöne, unvergeßliche Zeit, Agi, Magdi und Manfred

Très jolie maison au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante. L'appartement est au RDC , très bien équipé; une chambre est au sous sol mais agréable et les propriétaires vivent au premier étage mais sont très discrets . Vesna est charmante et très serviable. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in hervorragender Lage oberhalb Budvas. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für Kind/Kinder steht noch ein Schlafzimmer mit WC und Dusche und einem separaten Eingang zur Verfügung. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Bewachsen ist die Terrasse stilvoll mit wildem Wein. Die Ausstattung und vor allem die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die deutschsprachigen Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht darum, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Für Notfälle bekommt man sogar eine einheimisches Handy geliehen, mit dem man die Vermieter sofort kontaktieren kann. Wir fühlten uns in dieser Wohnung sehr gut aufgehoben.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Worte können kaum beschreiben, wie schön unsere Zeit bei Vesna und Rolf war. Von der ersten Minute an fühlt man sich dank der freundlichen und offenen Art der beiden sofort wohl und aufgehoben. Die angebotenen Fotos und die Bewertungen entsprechen genau der Realität.Wir haben genau das gefunden was wir gesucht haben. Einen Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Ein kleines Paradies in jeder Beziehung. Besonders nett fanden wir, saß uns Vesna am ersten Urlaubstag gezeigt hat, wo wir in Budva gut einkaufen (deutscher Bäcker), günstig parken und am besten zum Baden gehen können. Auch hat sie uns 2 Wochen lang mit frischen Gemüse und leckeren Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt. (Leckere süße Weintrauben hängen direkt über dem Terrassentisch, man muß sich nur ein wenig Strecken). Auch der Tagesausflug zum Skutarisee war ein echtes Highlight.Dort haben wir so schöne Ecken kennen gelernt, die wir alleine niemals gesehen hätten. Wer einen tollen Urlaub mit viel Erholung und ohne Hektik erleben will, sollte sich dieses Kleinod nicht entgehen lassen. Vielen Dank liebe Vesna, Rolf und Jelena für die zahlreichen Tipps und die Urlaubstage, die ihr mit Aufmerksamkeiten und Umsichtigkeiten verschönt habt. Ganz liebe Grüße von Herbert & Claudia

Sehr nette Gastgeber und ruhig gelegenes Apartment

Unseren Urlaub bei Vesna und Rolf haben wir sehr genossen. Wir wurden ganz herzlich aufgenommen. Die Gastgeber standen nicht nur mit Rat und Tat zur Seite sondern haben uns bei einem Tagesausflug die schönsten Plätze Montenegros gezeigt. Die Landschaft Montenegros ist vielfältig und wunderschön. Wenn es überhaupt etwas auszusetzen gibt dann ist es, dass der Ort in der Hauptsaison ziemlich überlaufen ist (aber welcher Ort ist das nicht ?). Alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne Ferien bei tollen Gastgebern. P.S. Danke an Rolf, dass Du uns mit dem Mietwagen so toll geholfen hast. Liebe Grüße aus Viersen-Dülken.

In one word ... Fantastic !

Very quiet place in the middle of nature where you have a concert of birds whistling all the time. Backing vocals are the frogs. Not far from the coast. Very very nice hosts who were very helpfull to make it a perfect holiday.

beeindruckendes Urlaubserlebnis

die Ferienwohnung bei Vesna und Rolf entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Sie liegt optimal im Küstenbereich, aber auch das Landesinnere ist gut zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage am Berghang oberhalb von Budva. Vesna und Rolf waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben, ja uns sogar zu einem gemeinsamen Ausflug an den Skudarisee mitgenommen, bei dem wir an Stellen gekommen sind, die man als einfacher Tourist bestimmt übersieht. Auch die Begegnungen mit den Montenegrinern waren sehr wertvoll. Wir danken Vesna und Rolf auch für die Unterstützung bei einigen gesundheitlichen Problemen.

Relaxed setting and very friendly owners

Fine house in a relaxed setting. Very friendly and helpfull owners. We spent a day with them at the lake Skadar. They live in the same house, so you can spend the evening together talking and relaxing at the terrace. But there is also enough privacy.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer ruhig gelegenen, gemütlichen Wohnung!

Wir haben die Zeit in Budva genossen. Die im Obergeschoss des Hauses wohnenden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sie geben wertvolle, praktische Hinweise (etwa auf Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und auf Parkmöglichkeiten in Budva). Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Zimmer, in welchem unsere Tochter schlief, war jedoch im Souterrain gelegen, mit einem separaten Eingang. Landschaftlich reizvoll gelegen.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung und sehr angenehme Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nicht allzu weit von Budva. Die Vermieter, die im selben Haus wohnen, geben sich größte Mühe um den Erholungssuchenden einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Am ersten Abend wurden wir gleich mit einem gemeinsamen Abendessen angenehm überrascht und auch in den Tagen darauf schauten die Vesna und Rolf immer, ob wir alles hatten, was wir brauchen und standen mit nützlichen Tipps bereit.

très agréable séjour

La localisation de cette location est idéale car elle permet d'itinérer de la baie de Kotor à Stari Bar, du mont Lovcen au lac Skadar tout en étant au calme loin du bruit de Budva. L'adresse est difficile à trouver, il faut oser s'engager sur la route qui descend. L'appartement est très bien équipé et entretenu, il manque peut-être des volets ou tout au moins des rideaux occultants pour dormir le matin. L'accueil de Vesna et Rolf est excellent. Ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes et on se sent très vite entre amis. Le Monténégrin (de la côte) n'étant pas des plus souriant, ils ont été la rencontre humaine de ces vacances. Merci Vesna et Rolf de nous avoir fait découvrir et apprécier votre pays.

Que du bonheur !

Quel bonheur de passer ses vacances dans ce petit coin de paradis. Retirée de la tumultueuse Budva dans les montagnes, la maison de Vesna et de Rulf vous offre une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes et sur l'adriatique. Vesna est un hôtesse parfaite ! elle n’hésites pas à prendre de son temps pour vous rendre service ou vous parler de son merveilleux pays. Les longs soirées d'été sur la terrasse surplombant l'adriatique en compagnie de Vesna et Rulf sont inestimables, j'ai rarement était aussi bien accueillit dans un pays et pourtant j'ai beaucoup voyagé. A la fois discrets et disponibles, vos futurs hôtes seront vous mettre à l'aise. Si vous cherchez un lieu paisible où vous reposer le soir après vos excursions, je conseille vivement cette location car la maison est au calme et les voisins ne sont pas bruyants car jamais là ! une quiétude de tout les instants. Merci mille fois à Vesna et à Rulf pour cette délicieuse semaine que ma sœur, mon beau frère et moi même ne sont pas prêts d'oublier. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir au Monténégro chez nos hôtes.
