Stunning holiday home recently renovated just 200 metres from the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 private terraces and access to the communal swimming pool and all services of the Fariones sports centre, located just in front of the accommodation. Perfect for couples or small families.
Purple Volcano is ideally located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, with all services (supermarkets, bars, beach bars, pharmacies, banks and shops) and the beach just a few metres from the apartment. Its location is ideal for enjoying a holiday with all the conveniences without the need for a car.
This modern and charming ground floor home spans 50m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. It features a living-dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and two terraces.
The beautiful living room offers a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and heat pump, Smart TV with satellite channels and free high-speed Internet with 600MB Fiber Optic. Additionally, it has a dining area with a spacious wooden table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and electric juicer, refrigerator and a complete set of kitchenware. Purple Volcano also offers a bathroom with shower and 2 beautiful bedrooms: the main bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has single beds.
