We froze the entire evening and night in our room. We called to maintenance and were told that the heating was switching over to summer units (this despite it being freezing temps overnight) we were told to turn off the unit but that didn’t work. Eventually I figured out how to turn the fan down but it blew cold air on us all night. We had turned the temp up to no avail. We packed up and left at 6:30am even tho we had things to do but weren’t opening until 9am so we left the city.
