Nice staff, air-con is nice, free water, near to all main places and cenang beach. Hard pillows and drain started to smell bad, other than that very clean and nice room.

+situation +free water +kind and helpful staff +clean +they do clean rooms (we stayed 6 nights and they cleaned the room twice and that is rare in motel in Asia) -air-con is ok -very hard pillows, almost gives you headache (motel should buy new ones!) -there is not much to do in motel, only to sleep and hang out By the way, you are not allowed to take any alcohol beverages in motel area or in the rooms. 500 myr fine if you do that!
