great hotel, very friendly team

Great hotel! Room was quiet, big enough and clean! The bathroom perfect for short stays (big shower, no bath tube). For Checkin details (code) I have to go through a complicate application or website from the hotel organisation.. WHY??? I have booked the room via hotels.com - so you should be able to send me all necessary details! Keep it simple - then you guys get the 5th Smiley!

Historical Family Journey

Excellent Hotel accommodations. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were nice and clean. Customer Service was excellent. We had a numerous family members checking in and front counter customer service was very friendly and helpful. The rooms we had were magnificent. Room is an understatement, they were suites complete with bedroom, bath, kitchenette, dining and living room areas. Add to this a rooftop balcony in Building B. All clean and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The only down side was the elevator in building A was unserviceable and there is no AC in the rooms, but a fan made it comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else. For the price we paid it couldn’t have been better, a definite value.

Es wäre besser, wenn es auf dem Zimmer einen kleinen Kühlschrank geben würde. Somit gibt es keine Möglichkeit Getränke kalt zu stellen. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ganz OK.
