Thanks to its location on the mountainside, the cozy holiday home "Hüttenzauber im Harz" offers an enchanting panoramic view of Wolfshagen in the Harz and the surrounding natural beauty of the Harz.

Whether it's a morning stroll to the local bakery, a visit to the nearby outdoor swimming pool, exploring the Harz Mountains or simply relaxing in the garden, the "Hüttenzauber" holiday home provides you with the perfect starting point for a relaxing resin stay.

Since October 2018, the house has new wooden windows in the bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom, which are also equipped with individually controllable electric external blinds in the living area.
The front door has also been completely renewed.

Das Objekt entspricht vollumfänglich den Angaben und Beschreibungen der Homepage.Einen Stern Abzug gibt es von uns für den verschmutzten Backofen, vermutlich waren es neben den starken Verkrustungen auch Pizza-Reste. Auch wenn wir den Backofen selbst nicht genutzt haben, wurde durch uns alles in einen ordentlichen Zustand gebracht.Ansonsten gibt es keine Beanstandungen und bei gutem Wetter ist auch der nicht einsehbare Gartenbereich gut nutzbar.Sehr positiv war die sehr gute kommunikative Betreuungnebst der Tipps (inklusive Himmelfahrt) durch die Familie Gosewisch als Vermieter! Hierfür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken!

We had a great stay at this vacation home. I was spacious enough for 3 adults (all aged 50). It includes all you need for a good stay. Contact with the host was clear and fast.The houd is located at the edge of the village, allowing direct waling or biking into the woods. Visting various towns and villages in the neighbourhood is all within a range of 30 minutes.We loved it!

Schönes Häuschen im Harz

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem schönen Häuschen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Ausstattung ist recht hochwertig. Das Haus ist für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Es gibt auch für Kinder einige Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder!

Gepflegtes, renoviertes NurDachHaus. Gute Ausstattung mit modernem Bad, hochwertigem Kochgeschirt, stabilem WLAN. Gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit großem Sat-TV. Terrasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln, extra Sitzbereich am Rasen für den Sundowner. Schöne, auch leichte Wandermöglichkeiten direkt ab Haus oder max. 25 Autominuten entfernt. Goslar, Bad Harzburg mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten nahbei. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus und der Umgebung genossen und werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

Ein Urlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Das erste Mal im Westharz und ich kann Unterkunft und Umgebung nur empehlen. Hier ist sowohl erholsamer Wanderurlaub als auch interessanter Städtetrip machbar. Goslar ist nicht weit und mit seinen vielen Fachwerkhäusern, der Kaiserpfalz und vielem mehr unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Also eine klare Reiseempfehlung!

verblijf

Huis ligt vrij en heeft een mooi uitzicht met een goed buitenverblijf. De verwarming deed het niet en bij binnenkomst was het erg kil in huis. Alles geprobeerd maar geen resultaat. Contact gelegd met eigenaar die gelijk in actie kwam door een persoon naar de verwarming te laten kijken. Inmiddels hadden we al de hout kachel aangemaakt. Helaas bleek de volgende dag dat de verwarming het nog niet deed en het heeft ook de hele week niet meer gedaan. Wij hebben dan regelmatig de houtkachel laten branden om het comfortabel te hebben. daar het een koude en natte periode is. Zelf hadden we bij de boeking niet gezien dat de trap naar de slaapkamers wat moeilijk voor ons is maar dit heeft gedurende het verblijf niet tot problemen geleid. Alles was verder aanwezig in het huis, alleen geen droogrek maar wel een wasmachine.

Alles Gut!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Lage ist super, einfach aus der Haustür raus und in der Natur loswandern. Auch die Lage von Wolfshagen ist klasse, man kommt in wenigen Minuten zu vielen tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Außerdem gibt es fußläufig einen super Bäcker, ein tolles Café und mehrere Restaurants!!

Schön gelegen.

Sehr schön gelegen. Wir konnten von dort viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Harz besichtigen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit liebevollen Details. Das Beheizen des Badezimmers mit Heizlüftern funktioniert nicht ganz so gut. Es ist im Oktober doch dann schon recht kalt gewesen. Ansonsten ein uriges Ferienhaus.

Eine schöne ruhige Zeit

Wir hatten paar sehr schöne ruhige Tage. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles was wir brauchten. Zusätzlich eine Menge an Info Material über mögliche Aktivitäten vorhanden. Perfekt um etwas abzuschalten. Guter Startpunkt um den Harz zu erreichen.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube - dank des hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienhauses der Familie Gosewisch. Kein Wunsch blieb offen, und die Kommunikation mit Herrn Gosewisch klappte prima. Das große und liebevoll bepflanzte Grundstück in Feldrandlage ist ideal zum Ausruhen und zum Spielen für Kinder, die schöne Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Und wer danach ausgehungert ist, kann sich beim Schnitzelkönig in Lauthertal vorzüglich mehr als satt essen sowie sich an den köstlichen Torten des Cafés Bothe in Wolfshagen ( Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet ) erfreuen.

Ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und mit einem sehr schönen unverbauten Blick auf die Natur. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe waren sehr nett. Lediglich der Warmwasserboiler hat seine Tücken und könnte durch eine andere Lösung ersetzt werden. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

Schöner Ausblick

Wir hatten eine sehr gemütliche Zeit. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön. Betten und Ausstattung sind gut. Da auch die Heizung mit Strom erfolgt, sind die zusätzlichen Nebenkosten der einzige negative Aspekt.
