What a surprise

We reserved online and did check in online. I called front desk to advise my boyfriend will be arriving first. I got assigned to room 132 and went my bf arrived, there was a couple having intimacy in there. It was not a nice picture for a second he thought it was me. What an awful encounter. Front desk said they had made a mistake and had given them our assigned room. We had to wait some minutes to get another room. My bf arrived earlier to surprise me flowers , champagne, etc. It was ruined honestly.

Its fine unless you want a great shower

The room was clean and ameneties were okay. The hot tub was undergoing maintenance, which was not revealed when booking. Big disappointment. I would have chosen a different hotel. Also, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Disappointing:(

Awful! I reserved a room for two nights and was quoted a total due at property was$50 more than my quoted price! which is absurd seeing how there was no notification of any hidden charges. This was never resolved. They also did nothing to just get me in to a room, I was told I wouldn't b able to do a walk-in check in either I had to sleep in my truck till the a.m. and just go check in to an entirely different place all together! One of the most inconvenient nights ever the whole ordeal kept me up till 3 a.m.! An epically horrendous experiences in my life!
