Beautiful villa built to very high standards with plenty of space for families or friends ideally between 7 and 12 persons. The property is set in 3 hectares of grounds with mainly ancient olive trees. Large open air spaces with swimming pool and cooking and barbecue facilities for relaxing "al fresco" living. On the gentle Montalbano hills near Leonardo Da Vinci's birth place in the middle of a secular olive grove.

Just what we needed
A little bit of heaven in the Tuscan hills- we found this place last minute due to the need to change our travel plans from France to another country. We loved the chilled vibe of lying by the heated pool and enjoying cooking using the kitchen facilities next to the pool. We would have liked a few more utensils (cutlery and crockery) around the villa as we found we needed to carry things around quite a bit. Natalia and Alberto were great hosts and attended to all our needs before and during the trip. Whilst they are live-in hosts, they are very quiet and discreet. I would highly recommend staying at their house if you need some quiet R&R.

Outstanding setting and with panoramic views of the Tuscany countryside The pool and outdoor eating area were a hit and with the fantastic weather we never eat in the house Natalie and Alberto were a delight and gave good advise on where to eat out and places to visit Nice touch on arrival with fresh fruit and local wine in the houses. Property had more than enough room for all of us with space to spare Property was very clean and tidy on arrival and had enough equipment to cater for all of us. Good position to visit Vinci,Pisa,Luca and our favourite place Florence which was a short train ride from Impoli. In summary we all had a fantastic holiday and nothing was too much trouble for Natalie and Alberto we all were sad the holiday came to an end Thanks to you both in making our stay very special Phil,Maggie and Family

Relaxing stay
Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay. Natalia was a gracious host. There was wine and fruit for us when we arrived. She also gave us some of her oil to taste. The view was amazing and the pool wonderful. We enjoyed several meals by the pool. The kitchen is small but it was good enough. The house is at the top of a hill so the drive way is a bit steep but it is worth the view!!

Agréable séjour
Nous sommes partis en vacances en famille à 3 couples dont 2 avec enfants. Chacun avait son coin pour dormir dans le calme. Les 2 chambres de l'étage ne sont pas pourvues de la climatisation. L'espace piscine est très appréciable, prévoir plus de vaisselle dans la cuisine d'été. Natalia est accueillante, de bons conseils.

Vacances très agréables dans cette grande maison. Nous prenions nos repas sur la terrasse ombragée près de la piscine. L’altitude de la maison nous permettait d’avoir toujours une fraîcheur bien agréable. Natalia est une hôtesse discrète et charmante.
