Not totally our fit, but very good

The it's more of a holiday park oriented toward families, than to 2 seniors travelling - it is what it is! We very enjoyed the Lakes area for both food and services. The Big4 was a little further out of the center than we would have preferred, for going for dinner in the evening.

Convenient location and the property was very well maintained. The common facilities (game room, pool, etc.) were really average and the staff could be a tad more friendlier. We arrived just a little late from our last location, but that was no problem for checking in. I called the property and the lady I spoke to was lovely. Checking out was easy too. The cabin was ample for our needs. If we had cooked there, we would have had everything we needed. But we went out for dinner instead and it's not too far to the restaurants. The room had cleaning supplies and lots of bed linen. The bathroom was great. There was plenty of storage space if you are planning to stay a bit longer. There was a movie evening for the kids and a games room which was fun for a little while. We didn't get to try out the playground which looked great. Maybe on our next trip to Lakes Entrance.
