I found ROACH in my first room. Took a picture to show the front desk. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone. They refused a refund. Said they had a better room. I agreed to look. It was the exact same room just a floor down. I went in and pulled the covers down to find hair on the sheets. They still refused to refund my money. Kept saying the owner would call me. I never heard anything. The rooms were gross and had a terrible smell. I’ve never written a bad review. Please trust me. Don’t stay here!

The bathroom was filthy dust and hair was everywhere. I used all the rags and towels to scrub the room also i took pictures of the bathroom area as well as the sink and rag soaking. I was here on a business trip im a hairstylist the staff was friendly but room was poorly attended by.

We have stayed at this hotel three times we did not get the room that we wanted being my husband is a disabled veteran and has leg problems we wanted a room on the first floor which we were supposed to get instead we got one on the second floor was not very accommodating for my husband

If you are in need of a vary special room / location please make sure that you call any hotel ahead of time so that you are verified. Our first floor handicap is not ground floor and this hotel does have only 2 walk in showers. We do appreciate all our guests and hope you will return.
