I stayed here for the Sun’n Fun Expo. It was perfect in every way. I found it very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There’s also a nice area outside for lounging. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

What a terrific place to stay! Very quaint, very comfortable, and Stephen was pretty much at our beck and call! Very communicative and willing to provide us with any additional amenities that we might have needed, but actually, we had everything we needed. It's so close to so many cool things in the Morton Lake District, including the lake itsel. Great off-street parking. Would stay there agin! Thanks for everything!

The neighborhood is one we love -- accessible, highly walkable, lots of old big oaks and plants that add to the quaint feel of the historic Lake Morton area. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Exactly what my daughter and I needed for Florida Southern College (FSC) family weekend. She was glad to spend a couple of nights out of the dorms. The bungalow was great. We were dropping off our son at Florida Southern and the fold out couch was great for him the first night before he moved in. The rest of the place is plenty large and well equipped. The styling of the bungalow inside and out is perfect for the neighborhood, and the location is perfectly close to everything you'd want to do in Lakeland.Finally, Stephen the host was exceptional. He was very communicative and accommodating.We will definitely try to stay here again.
