Poor service at the front desk (took us over an hour to check in, there was only one person in front of us, and then before we were given our room cards, she helped someone else before finishing us so we ran very late to our meeting), cockroaches in rooms, mold in rooms, and 4 our of 5 rooms we booked smelled like smoke even though it was labeled as "smoke-free" rooms. Additionally, there were drug addicts and prostitutes openly coming in and out of the rooms on the first floor.

Our stay was great until part of the ceiling in my second room where my sons were fell down in the shower but aside from that the service was great and they were very accommodating and quick to solve the ceiling issue. I will be returning in a few weeks.
