Excellent stay. Only complaint is the breakfast. It's a build your own sandwich concept. The egg patties and Canadian bacon were very dry and the only two options.

Disappointed in policy

Everything was good with the stay except that I requested a king suite room when I booked but when I arrived I was told that they were sold out of the room I booked and I would have to accept the room they had available because they were at 97% capacity. This was very frustrating because I paid for the room in full when I booked.

This hotel is kept very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! Our room is very spacious and allows our family to spread out and we enjoyed the ample seating in the lobby to eat dinner and watch college football. Great amenities and extra services offered as well. We will definitely stay again when back in Lakeland!

LOVED our stay at this spacious new hotel!

This hotel is brand new, clean as a whistle, and beautiful! We were so pleased with everything including the check-in process complete with bottled water and Oreos, the well-equipped gym, free washer & dryer access for laundry, and attentive staff. The breakfast was great too (although it ends at 9am which is a little early for us)! Will definitely return!
