Dream Stay for National Buffalo Wing Festival!

Our team comes up to Buffalo every year for the National Wing Festival in Orchard Park. This was by far the best property we have stayed at yet. We had such a lovely stay at this lake house—it was truly the perfect home for our family of four. We were in town for our daughter’s swim meet in Buffalo, and this place made the trip even more special. The upstairs living room has absolutely amazing views of the lake, which we enjoyed every morning and evening.Even though we visited during the first week of April and the weather was cold, we still had a great time walking along the shore. One of the highlights was finding fossils right on the beach—it made us feel like kids again!The location is also fantastic, with Niagara Falls only about a 40-minute drive away, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay—beautiful home Tom was great very quick to respond with any questions, great location, and wonderful memories. We would definitely come back!

Visiting family in the Buffalo area

Overall it was a great stay, Tom was very informative and responded quickly. Beautiful view from the back porch, needs to clean up and have the roof fixed over the back porch. Comfortable furniture and plenty of space inside. Beach was rocky, it changes every year depending on the past weather, sometimes sandy, sometimes rocky. Being right on the water was perfect and close to family.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Lake View property on Beachwood Drive. The home was comfortable and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. There are two small but very adequate kitchens, which made it easy for our family to prepare meals and snacks without ever feeling cramped. The location is unbeatable. Being just steps from Lake Erie made morning views of the lake and evening sunsets and downtown Buffalo unforgettable. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and we loved how close we were to local restaurants, shops, and the beach.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. They provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations that made the whole experience seamless.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat or a home base to explore the area, this is an excellent choice.
