Your mountain retreat awaits! This stunning, 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is located in Tahoe Donner, close to Northwoods Drive and Truckee on Lausanne Way. This home offers convenient access to Squaw Valley USA, Alpine, Northstar, Donner Lake (5 min) and Lake Tahoe (20 min). Truckee/Tahoe has a plethora of winter and summer activities-It truly is a year round playground! Enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking and golf, and water sports such as kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and wake boarding, all within 5-15 minutes distance from the home. Take advantage of the Tahoe Donner private beach on Donner Lake, which offers water sport rentals, pier use and a family friendly sandy beach for swimming with the kids.

Enter the home by walking up one flight of stairs to the front stone entry way and mud room-the front door leads to the main great room space.
