Positives: The location was perfect. It was clean. Most of the staff was really friendly. Negatives: Hotel room was not as large as the pictures allluded to. But the mandatory valet charges ($40/day), the resort fees ($50/day), the tourism fee and the taxes…we paid $200 on top of what we’d already paid for two nights! The shuttle doesn’t run on certain days. And be aware valet takes a really long time.

Liked that hotel location was walkable to restaurants, shopping and Gondola. Picked up chartered bus next door to ride Dixie Cruise ship on Lake Tahoe. Hotel room was quiet, clean, spacious and beautiful. They have a yummy daily breakfast buffet at an extra cost but very good and so convenient!

Disappointed

I have never complained or written a review but for the price I paid you would think the rooms would be a lot cleaner. The sofa had a brown stain , the tables had hair and hair pins. The restroom has dried urine . Would not stay here again.
