Front desk was ok. You can tell they were going through the motions. The breakfast buffet staff told us we can sit anywhere. We decided to grab our food first and when we were going to sit down they told us we couldn't sit there and it's reserved... I was confused so I talk to the staff

Overall we were very pleased with the facility. The valet parking was prompt and efficient. About the only issue was getting clean towels on our second day. Room wasn’t cleaned, which was fine, but towels weren’t replaced. Went to front desk twice and requested two clean towels but none were ever brought up. Finally asked a housekeeper on a different floor and he was kind enough to provide me with clean towels.
